Our Experience
Over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, having held complex and diverse roles, offering a wealth of executive management expertise in Asset and Investment Management for Private and Institutional real estate investors as well as occupiers. Tenure as an EXCO member at Sim Lian-Metro Capital involving the management of a >$1.2 billion portfolio, delivering sustained growth whilst continuously maximizing asset value.
Having worked for some of Australia's largest REITs in various roles, consistently optimising net operating and distributable income while leading high-performing teams. These strategic planning and stakeholder engagement abilities have enhanced asset values enabling robust long term relationships to be maintained across various markets.
